The Samruddhi Mahamarg or Nagpur-Mumbai Expressway which is officially known as Hindu Hrudaysamrat Balasaheb Thackeray Maharashtra Samruddhi Mahamarg, is a 701-km long access-controlled expressway in Maharashtra, India. It is amongst the country's longest greenfield road which connects the two capital cities of the state Mumbai and Nagpur. This expressway has been built by Maharashtra State Road Development Corporation (MSRDC).

Recent road crashes and fatalities have brought considerable attention to ensure safety of users on the road.
